Training plan

Your training plan will be as individual as you are. Scheduled around your work and private life, so you get the most out of it.


You can access your training plan and progress in the Trainingpeaks App from your phone or on the website.


Your plan includes mental training exercises to help you reach your peak!


In-person training

You want to improve in the water, on the bike or in your running shoes? We can do in- person trainings to work on your technique.

Recovery

To improve you also need enough time to recover. I will help you to find the right balance. 

Race plan

Together we will make your own race plan. For tactics and nutrition. You can be very fit and strong, with the wrong nutrition plan, you will struggle. To finish strong, you need a plan for all parts of your race.
