- The 7-day JUMPSTART provides you with a plan that takes only 20 minutes a day. It helps us assess your baseline for cardio, strength and flexibility. This informs the custom 60-day program built around activities you love and your strengths, opportunities for improvement and likes/dislikes.
LAUNCH
- We meet in-person for in-depth consultation to set up a 60-day plan to get you on track that fits your needs and schedule.
- We consider the equipment you have available and will decide what might be helpful to acquire in designing your plan.
- We decide on our weekly touchpoints - how, when.
- We set you up on the TRAINING PEAKS app so you can see how much you've progressed and have the workouts at your fingertips.
WEEKLY WINS
- The first week we go over your mental exercises and training plan for the coming week. The goal is to make sure you are 100% comfortable.
- We check in once a week to see how you are progressing and celebrate your weekly wins.
- We make any adjustments needed to the next week's plan to fit your schedule and needs. You receive a special mental training tip to practice that week.
SUCCESS MEASUREMENT
- After 60 days, you'll have some new, amazing habits and a sense of pride!
- We will measure your cardio, strength and mindset improvements and celebrate your progress.
BUILDING ON SUCCESS
- If you want help keeping your momentum going, we will discuss a custom plan to work together.
