Success starts with exercises to get you motivated and committed to your goals. Without getting your mind right, no program will work for you. Then we decide on a training program to meet your goals whether it be losing weight, improving your flexibility and mobility, overcoming an injury or just getting more fit!
We can work in-person, virtually or a combination. In-person sessions can be in-home or at my fitness studio for St. Pete clients.
Already belong to a gym? No problem. I can coach you on the best plan for your workouts, specific exercises, recovery and motivation to get the most out of it!
You have access to the TRAININGPEAKS app and website to view and track your workouts and progress.
1. Do I have to have a contract with you?
No. We have a customized agreement about the type and frequency of training sessions and the scope of training plans. The usual first agreement is for 60 days with changes as needed for future training. I just ask 30 day notice for changes to our agreement.
2. Sometimes my schedule is crazy. Are you flexible to make changes to our schedule?
Yes, we make a plan for the week ahead and if things change for you we can adjust. I do ask for 24 hrs notice if possible.
3. If I already belong to a gym, how can you help me?
I can develop a training plan to make the most of your gym time. I will also be your coach and cheerleader to help you get and stay motivated.
4. I would like to train at home but I don't have a lot of equipment. Do I have to buy things to train at home?
When we train together, I bring everything you need with me in my magic bag. If you want help buying the best shoes and gears for you, I will support you.
